Anxiety sucks, right?

It can make you feel broken, out of control, or (dare I say?) crazy. It can come on suddenly after a major life event (hello new job, big move, pregnancy, loss) or a manifestation of early childhood events, attachment figures, and environments. There is also an evolutionary approach to anxiety.. but regardless of how or where your anxiety comes from, there is one thing that holds true:

you are bigger than your anxiety.

Whilst this may hit close to home for a lot of us, anxiety can show up in many different ways:

      • constant worry
      • a racing mind
      • restlessness
      • irritability
      • sweating or hot flushes
      • fatigue
      • difficulty concentrating
      • turbo-charged heartbeat
      • shortness of breath
      • nausea or nervous stomach
      • brain zaps
      • .. and so much more (oh, joy!)

Regardless of the modality or approach, one thing’s for sure, we’re going bust those negative thought processes that feed your anxiety and replace them with thoughts, processes and patterns that are way more real, helpful, and positive. Plus, I’ll hook you up with some chill relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, and stress-busting strategies that’ll have anxiety running for the hills.

Ultimately, managing anxiety isn’t just about what happens in our heads. It’s about taking a holistic approach. We’re going to explore how your lifestyle choices impact your anxiety—think sleep, exercise, and even what you put on your plate. We’ll whip up a personalised treatment plan that covers all bases and suits your unique needs.
