Individual counselling for relationship issues can be a powerful tool for finding or reclaiming happiness in your relationship with your partner(s).

With the number of people and relationships we encounter throughout life, it’s hard to completely avoid a toxic relationship in some form or another – a cruel boss, a self-centered best friend, an abusive or narcissistic partner or parent.
Sometimes, toxic relationships are easy to identify and move forward from. Othertimes, they’re incredibly difficult to accept as abusive and to walk away from.
That’s why I’m here to support you in finding clarity, strength, and a plan.
Friendship
Perhaps you are struggling with making or keeping good friends. Maybe you are in conflict with a close friend and not sure what to do or how to resolve this conflict.
Friendships should be treated with the same compassion and consideration as any other partnership or relationship. So, whether you’re seeking support in making friends, understanding and combatting social anxieties, or managing a conflict within your friendship unit, I can help.
Family
It is very uncommon to find a family who does not have some sort of conflict or issue. When you begin to pull in multiple generations, personalities, and values, disagreements and misalignments are bound to occur.
Together, we will identify the root of the family conflict, what is within your control and what is not, learn to set healthy boundaries for yourself, and tools for healing and/or coping with the issues/trauma.
Workplace
Work or workplace therapy supports clients navigate personal and professional challenges that may be affect their mental health, job performance and overall happiness at work. Whether this is a difficult boss, co-worker, or employee, we will look at understanding the issues at play, reinforce coping skills, and problem-solve.
