Let’s Get Started
Before starting nutritional therapy, here are a few important points to keep in mind:
– Personalisation is Key: Nutritional therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Your therapist will work closely with you to understand your unique health history, preferences, and goals.
– Commitment to Change: Successful nutritional therapy requires a willingness to make positive changes to your eating habits and lifestyle. Your therapist will provide support and guidance throughout this journey.
– Collaboration with Other Health Practitioners: Nutritional therapy can complement traditional medical treatments, but it’s important to keep your healthcare providers informed of any dietary changes, especially if you have existing medical conditions.
– Ongoing Support: Nutritional therapy is a journey. Our therapists are here to provide continuous support, monitoring your progress and adjusting your plan as needed.

After 25+years of Chiropractic work, I qualified with a Graduate Diploma in Functional Nutrition from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) in 2025.
Functional Nutrition optimises body functions through personalised plans. We consider an individuals unique genetic make up, lifestyle and history to create a tailored dietary plan. Together, we’re getting to the root cause of underlying imbalances rather than just managing symptoms.
As a dedicated nutritional therapist, I prioritise understanding each client’s unique health journey. To begin, I ask clients to complete an in-depth questionnaire and food diary, which provides valuable insights into their medical history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle.
I carefully review this information and create a personalised timeline and matrix that helps inform our goals. Using specialised software, I conduct a thorough analysis of your nutritional intake, allowing us to identify key areas for improvement.
Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan that focuses on sustainable changes rather than quick fixes. This plan may include targeted nutritional interventions, lifestyle adjustments, and recommendations for supplements or functional testing (such as blood or stool analysis) to optimize your health.
I endeavour to primarily incorporate a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods, along with individual supplements, if needed. We also promote lifestyle factors to help support you, such as strategies for good sleep, movement & stress management.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support you need to make lasting changes that enhance your overall well-being. Let’s embark on this journey toward better health together!
