Hey there, mama! First, I know it’s socially expected to congratulate you on diving headfirst into the beautiful chaos of motherhood – so, congratulation! But also, let’s keep it real – being a mum is really tough work. It’s a rollercoaster ride of emotions, sleepless nights, and endless diaper changes… and it’s a ride you can’t get off. But chances are, you’re doing much better than you realise, and I’m here to support you through the ups and downs, and help you survive the ride.
I understand firsthand the challenges and struggles that come with being a mum. It’s okay to admit that motherhood can be overwhelming, exhausting, and downright messy. Trust me, I’ve been there too. After a second trimester loss, we fell pregnant with twins and ended up with three boys under 2 year’s old. I’ve. Been. There. Too.
As your therapist, I’m here to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to share your real, raw experiences of mum life. We’ll have open and honest conversations about the highs and lows, the joys and frustrations. No topic is off-limits – whether it’s the sleep deprivation, the guilt, the identity shifts, or the pressure to be the perfect mum, I’m all here for it.
I won’t sugarcoat it or pretend to have all the answers. What I will do is listen to your story, validate your emotions and help you find practical ways to cope with all of these new challenges.
As a therapist, I bring a mix of therapeutic approaches to the table, but let’s keep it simple and relatable. We’ll explore techniques and self-care practices that fit into your mum life routine. Because let’s be honest, finding time for self-care can feel like a mission impossible, but it really is crucial for your well-being.
I understand that your time and energy are limited resources. That’s why I offer flexible scheduling options, including morning and evening availability, as well as in-person and online therapy session options. Whether you want to chat from the comfort of your own home or have a face-to-face session, I’m here to make it work for you.
Baby is always welcome, but if you need an excuse for a break, then ‘no babies allowed’ (wink wink).

How It Works
I empower my clients to chose the frequency and duration of their therapy journey; after all, you are the expert on you. Weekly or fortnightly sessions often yield the most benefit; however, I am flexible to fit your specific needs.
Mum Life Therapy sessions are £65 per each 50 minutes session.
Clients may choose to be seen virtually via Zoom or face to face in my office in Topsham. The office is conveniently located on the first floor of the THD Building on Topsham High Street (EX3 0EA).
