Hey there, mama! (Nice butt.)
First, I know it’s socially expected to congratulate you on diving headfirst into the beautiful chaos of motherhood – so, congratulation!
But also, let’s keep it real – being a mum is really tough work.
It’s a rollercoaster ride of emotions, sleepless nights, and endless diaper changes… and it’s a ride you really can’t get off.
But chances are, you’re doing much better than you realise, and I’m here to support you through the ups and downs, and help you thrive on this ride.
I understand firsthand the challenges and struggles that come with being a mum. We can all admit that motherhood is overwhelming, exhausting, and downright messy.
Trust me, I’ve been there too.
After a second trimester loss, we fell pregnant with twins and ended up with three boys under 2 year’s old.
I’ve. Been. There. Too.
As a therapist and coach, I’m here to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to share your real, raw experiences of mum life.
We’ll have open and honest conversations about the highs and lows, the joys and frustrations. No topic is off-limits – whether it’s the sleep deprivation, the guilt, the identity shifts, or the pressure to be the perfect mum, I’m all here for it.
Here are some other ways I can support:
- Difficulty adjusting to motherhood
- Feelings of guilt or inadequecy
- Anxiety and/or Intrusive Thoughts
- Loss of Identity
- Pressure to be the “perfect” mum
- Intense mood swings or emotions
- Difficulty bonding with baby
- Relationship/intimacy struggles
- Postnatal Anxiety, Depression, OCD
- Finding your tribe
YES to some (all!) of the above?
I know, me too.
I won’t sugarcoat it or pretend to have all the answers but I will listen to your story, validate your emotions and help you find practical ways to cope with all of these new challenges.
As a therapist and coach, I bring a mix of therapeutic approaches to the table, but let’s keep it simple and relatable.
We’ll explore techniques and self-care practices that fit into your mum life routine. Because let’s be honest, finding time for self-care can feel like a mission impossible, but it really is crucial for your well-being.
What's One More Hard Thing, Amiright?
I understand that your time and energy are limited resources. That’s why I offer flexible scheduling options, including morning and evening availability, as well as in-person and online therapy session options.
Whether you want to chat from the comfort of your own home or have a face-to-face session, I’m here to make it work for you.
Baby is always welcome (bring me that baby!), but if you need an excuse for a break, then ‘sorry, no babies allowed’ (wink wink).
So, mama, let’s embrace your messy, imperfect, and beautiful new life together. You don’t have to face the challenges alone.
I am here to support you, cheer you on, and remind you that you’re doing an incredible job, even on the days when you feel like you’re barely keeping it together.
Okay, I'm in! Let's do it!
Ooh yeah! I like it when you make decisions!
Remember, you’re not alone, and together we’ll navigate the highs and lows, finding strength, resilience, and a little bit of sanity along the way.
You’ve got this, mama!
Get ready for a transformation that’ll have you saying goodbye to ‘I’m just a mum’ and hello to the
Good Life!
Questions or just want to chat?
Yep, I totally get that.
This is a big step you’re taking but you’re a mum. You can do f*cking ANYTHING.
And you most certainly CAN. DO. THIS.
