Kate Needs (MSc, MBACP)
1-to-1 Counselling | Adults | Young People (11+)
I’m Kate, a therapist who has felt lost and tired before and knows the uphill battle to keep on top of everything, trying to pour from an empty cup. I work with grief and loss; from bereavement by suicide, pet bereavement, to chronic health conditions (Lupus, RA, fibro, etc), miscarriages & IVF, lost identities and gaining new ones, such as a new ADHD diagnosis, divorce, and retirement.
After 25 years in education, I am well placed to help Teachers who are struggling with work, possibly considering a change of career, or life in general, coupled with the demands of working within education. Having worked with secondary-age children for 25 years, I also accept clients at secondary school and above.
I help you identify and understand your feelings, work out how trauma is impacting your life and help you find yourself again. The anxiety in your chest lifts, the brain fog lessens, you feel calmer, more accepting of your situation and know yourself better. My unique blend of calm, non-judgmental listening, coupled with psychoeducation, creates a safe space that facilitates change for my clients.
I am a qualified and insured integrative counsellor, registered with the BACP. I pick the most appropriate type of therapy for my clients and what they are facing, and create a unique experience for each person. I work on a long or short-term basis, with regular reviews to check progress and how you feel it is going.

Celeste Taylor
Tuning Fork Sound Therapy | Reflexology
My journey into sound therapy began, as many profound discoveries do, through my own healing experience.
After years as a holistic practitioner and advocate for wellbeing in international schools, life presented me with an opportunity for deep transformation that led to an extraordinary encounter with Tuning Fork Therapy. That two-hour session not only awakened my own healing journey but ignited a passion that would illuminate a new path for me.
This experience drew me to the ancient practices of Qigong and Sound Therapy, guiding me to Thailand where I trained as a YOQI® Qigong instructor and advanced practitioner in Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy. Upon returning to the UK, I am embracing the practice of Tuning Fork Sound Therapy, coming full circle to the modality that had brought such profound harmony to my own life.
My approach? Each session unfolds as uniquely as the person experiencing it. I bring warmth, playfulness, and deep respect to our time together, creating space for whatever needs to emerge – whether through sound, touch, scent, or the subtle frequencies that speak to our cellular memory.
Drawing from my background as a Holistic Practitioner, I weave together different elements to create a sacred space for transformation. My vision is to help each person discover their own pathway to wellness, awakening their inner radiance and joy, and bringing a sense of peaceful vitality to all.
I am the facilitator & you are the healer, and it brings me great joy to be part of your healing experience.

Before deciding to train in counselling, I worked as a Holistic Complimentary Therapist for more than 20 years supporting people affected by cancer and their families. As a Counsellor, I integrate my years of experience as a Holistic Therapist and my own personal life experience into my counselling work. I have a genuine interest, care and concern for people valuing every person as unique and individual. I believe that we all have the capacity for change and growth given the right conditions.
I am an Integrative Counsellor and have been told by clients that they experience me as calm and easy to talk to. My Integrative training enables me to draw on a range of modalities. The modalities I use are: Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Creative interventions and Imagery.
I offer a supportive counselling relationship of warmth, compassion, acceptance and inclusion of whatever you bring.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy which means that I am committed to working in accordance with their Ethical Framework and continued professional development.

Amanda Morris
Lymphoedema Therapist | Manual Lymphatic Drainage | Bowen Therapist | Scar Therapist (MSTR) | Body Mind Reset Technique (BMRT)
I have been training in bodywork since 1997. After qualifing as a Massage Therapist and Holistic Aromatherapist with The Tisserand Institute in 1999, I continued training and incorporating new and complemtary treatments to support my clients, including:
* Studying Lymphology at the Földi Clinic in Germany in 2008, qualifying in the practice of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Multi-Layer Compression Bandaging, as a Certified Lymphoedema Therapist. This is one of the most highly recognised trainings in Europe and enabled me to work within a team of specialists in the Lymphoedema Clinic at St. Georges Hospital, London, treating patients with advanced stages of both primary and secondary lymphoedema and lipoedema.
I qualified with the European College of Bowen Studies (ECBS) in 2011 and continue to attend further training to enhance my skills as a Bowen Technique Practitioner.
I am also trained in MSTR (McLouglin Scar Tissue Release) a fantastic gentle way of releasing scars and scar tissue, no matter how long the scars have been there.
Finally, I am fully trained in BMRT, or Body Mind Reset Technique – a way to reprogram the mind. I believe every condition we have, either mental, physical, or emotional, stems from a stressful or traumatic event that either happened to us, through ancestral/inhereted trauma, or even through past lives. BMRT is an energy work therapy which allows me to work with your subconscious mind. Once the event is no longer stored in the subconscious mind, it is unable to be present as a ‘condition’ or ‘issue’ in the body.

Kelly Day
Counselling | Reiki | Sound Healing | Shamanic Healing
I have always been drawn to helping people, and perhaps I can help you.
I am a counsellor, sound healer and Reiki practitioner and often these modalities come in to a series of different sessions. If you feel you are in need of some support then hopefully you are in the right place. I work in Crediton and in Exeter.
I have a gentle approach which seems to put people at ease and this is when the healing begins. All areas that I work in incorporate mind, body, spirit and emotion. We look at the whole and how we are interwoven. Your needs are met with integrity, empathy and a commitment to support you in the best way for you.
In a counselling session I provide a safe space where we can talk about what is present for you and start to explore what is beneath that. My work has many threads and we can decide the best approach together through connection and trust for each other.
Reiki allows relaxation and healing – a gentle form of body work channelled through spiritual connection. It may help to identify and heal blocks, calm anxiety, soothe your whole being, and often can provide intuitive insight.
Sound healing can work on specific areas of pain, stress, depression, anxiety, relaxation. A combination of different instruments are played on and off the body working on target areas as well as the whole. A session can also focus on the rebalancing of your energy fields. A sound healing experience can be quite profound.

Lara Tucker
1-to-1 Counselling | Coaching | Clinical Supervision – Accredited with the NCPS
I am an empathic, caring and professional therapist, passionate about the work I do in helping people to feel better about themselves and in turn to live happier and more fulfilled lives. I work with anyone aged 18 and over.
I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I have trained in and use a variety of theories, models and techniques to help you explore, and make sense of the difficulties you are experiencing.
I work with a wide range of issues, specialising in stress, anxiety, overwhelm, IBS, confidence, low self esteem, imposter syndrome and the subsequent effects of these on all aspects of your life.
It doesn’t matter who we are, what jobs, positions or roles we have, we all struggle during our lives for a variety of reasons. From unmet needs in our childhoods, particular memories, events, or experiences that have affected us as unique individuals and subsequently shape the way we see ourselves leading to a negative effect on our lives.
Working with a therapist helps us to unravel this, to gain an understanding of why we feel the way we do and to learn some techniques to change unhelpful and often hindering coping strategies.
I bring my experience as a therapist over the last 8 years, continuous learning and development, understanding from my own personal struggles, life experiences and therapy and also my previous long term career in the police service.

Tini Kay
As a Creative Kinesiologist, I guide individuals on a personal journey of self-discovery, helping them reconnect with their own rhythm and intuition.
Through understanding the mind-body connection, we begin to uncover and become aware of old, stuck patterns that may be influencing our lives in ways we can’t always see, but can often feel as physical aches and pains, anxiety, eating disorders, low self-esteem, hormonal imbalances, insomnia, overwhelm, lack of energy, shyness, PTSD, obsessive compulsive behaviour patterns, frozen shoulder, addictions, migraines, relationship problems, etc.
This journey is not about a quick fix. It’s about deep, lasting transformation, where healing can happen through awareness, connection, and understanding.
As you explore and release what no longer is of service, you can come to understand the unique intelligence of the body and the incredible power of your own healing potential.
