Also like therapy, life coaching provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and desires. I offer unconditional support, acceptance, and encouragement throughout the coaching process.
And although I offer both services,
coaching is not therapy.
Therapy is designed for clients who meet medical criteria and require a clinical treatment plan.
Coaching is for clients who do not meet medical criteria and do not require a clinical treatment plan.
